Mid-Winter Dinner
JAFA's annual Mid-Winter Dinner will be held on Friday, 5 August from 6pm. This year we'll be warming up at Wasai Japanese Kitchen. This is a great opportunity to meet other JAFA members, or those with an interest in Japan, and socialise in a relaxed environment. Everyone is welcome - you don't have to be a JAFA member to come along! Our last dinner event sold out, so secure your spot early! Hiroshima Day Vigil

Australian Walking & Cycling Conference 2016
The Australian Walking & Cycling Conference will be held in Adelaide on 18 & 19 July 2016. The simple acts of walking and cycling have the potential to transform the places we live, our economies and how we engage with our environment. 2016 SA Japanese Language Speech Contest
The 2016 South Australia Japanese Language Speech Contest will take place in Hindmarsh on Saturday, 10 September 2016.
Barossa Bus Trip
JAFA is hosting its first Barossa Valley winery tour! Come along for a day filled with local wines, food and fun.
Departure: 7:45am sharp; GPO, King William Street, Adelaide 5000 This is a full-day tour, and will be returning to the CBD at approximately 6pm the same day.
What's included:
The tour will include a stop at the buzzing Angaston Farmer's Market for a taste of local produce, sampling local wine at various internationally-recognised wineries, Maggie's Beer Farm shop for delicious goodies and a BBQ lunch at the beautiful Seppeltsfield Gardens. The tour is open to both JAFA members and non-members alike. There is a discounted rate for JAFA members, however non-members can opt to purchase their ticket plus a JAFA membership (for more information about being a JAFA member, click here).
